• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of alpa666 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• The use of Platform Services is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance governing Your place of residence or the jurisdiction from which You access the Website.
• You are not participating in any self-exclusion programme — whether voluntary or imposed — that would restrict Your access to gambling services.

Each Eligible Player may register one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances (including Deposited Funds, subject to applicable regulatory requirements).

During registration, You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). alpa666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of Your account where such use results from Your failure to maintain appropriate security of Your credentials.

alpa666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) through the following approved payment channels:

5.1 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts and payment-method-specific limits are published on the Website's deposit page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Deposits are generally credited to Your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method (instantly for e-wallets and DuitNow; within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers). alpa666 accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's financial institution or payment provider.

alpa666 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in Your own name and must match the identity details on Your alpa666 account. Deposits from jointly-held accounts are accepted at alpa666's sole discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. alpa666 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for DuitNow transfers; processing times for other methods are published on the Website and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution or payment network.

alpa666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or held pending investigation where alpa666 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or any other improper conduct.

alpa666 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement (also referred to as "rollover") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 rollover requirement means You must place a cumulative total of RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

6.2 Maximum Bet Restriction

While Bonus Funds are active in Your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in each promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following default contribution rates apply: slot games — 100%; live casino table games — 10%; other games — subject to individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from a promotion will not contribute to that promotion's Wagering Requirement.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used, and Wagering Requirements that are not satisfied, within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting, as specified per promotion) will be forfeited automatically. alpa666 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.5 General Bonus Restrictions

• Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, converted to cash (prior to satisfying Wagering Requirements), or combined with other bonuses unless stated.
• alpa666 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Members' accounts.
• Where alpa666 reasonably suspects that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts), alpa666 reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alpa666 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any person under that age;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with any aspect of the Website's software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to play games or place bets on Your behalf;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors — any winnings arising from such exploitation are not payable;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit You to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Website without Our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alpa666, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Website or Platform Services;
• Any errors, interruptions, or delays in the operation of the Website;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of Your transmissions or data;
• Any losses sustained through gambling activities conducted on the Platform;
• Technical failures of third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where there is no breach of these Terms), alpa666 will return any remaining Deposited Funds balance to the Member via their verified payment method. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

alpa666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Website or by email to the address registered on Your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any change to these Terms becomes effective constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not accept the amended Terms, You must cease using the Platform and contact support to close Your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to alpa666's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to alpa666's internal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent alpa666 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of appropriate jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests.
